How to Return (Pocket WiFi)
Returning the rental package back to us is easy and convenient!
- Put the device and all accessories in the provided Return Prepaid Postage Envelope.
- Close and seal the envelope tightly.
- Go to a Post Office nearby you. (Please refer to some popular Post Office Locations below) For airport post office drop-offs, it usually takes about 5 to 10 minutes and the post offices are located quite close to departure ticket counters in most airports.
- Drop off the package with an agent at the counter.
- Keep the EMS Drop-off Receipt with a Tracking Number for your record.
- The deposit will be refunded back to your account once we receive the package (usually 2-4 days after the drop-off)
Popular Drop-off Locations:
- Post Office at the Suvarnabhumi (BKK) Airport - located on the 4th Floor near the departure ticket counter W before your departure (see map). Open Everyday / 7AM - 10PM.
- Post Office at Don Muang (DMK) Airport - located next to departure ticket counters (see map). Open Everyday, Mon-Fri: 08:00 - 19:00, Sat-Sun-Holidays 08:00 - 15:00. For closed hours, can drop off the return package into the Postal Mailbox located right in front of the post office.
- Post Office at Siam Center / Paragon - located on the first floor of the Siam Center's Parking building (the building behind the Siam Center Shopping Complex). Open Everyday, 09:00 - 18:00. (closed during Thailand holidays)
- Post Office at Phayathai BTS/Airport Link Station - located just outside the Phayathai BTS/Airport Link station (street level). Open Mon-Fri 08:00 - 17:00 and Sat 09:00 - 12:00. (closed during Thailand holidays)
- Post Office at Chiang Mai Airport - located on the main terminal. Open Everyday 08:00 - 20:00. (closed during Thailand holidays)
- Post Office at Phuket Airport - located on the 1st floor of the new international terminal. Open Everyday 09:00 - 20:00 including weekends & holidays.
