Order/Payment

Q: What are the payment options?
A: We accept secure payments via Paypal including Credit Cards.

Q: Do you charge extra for credit card payment?
A: We or PayPal do not charge extra for using your credit card.

Q: How many days in advance I need to place an order?
A: Please refer to our How to Order page for our minimum day(s)-in-advance requirements for ordering. However, we suggest to order as far in advance as possible so we can reserve one for you for your selected dates.

 

Shipping

Q: What are the Shipping Service and Cost?
A: We use Thailand EMS Express Service for only 100 THB/Order. The shipment is fully trackable online at the EMS Tracking Website.

Q: Will you provide a Tracking Number for the shipment?
A: Yes, the EMS Tracking Number will be emailed to you once the product has been shipped. For Hotel Delivery, we may drop off the package by our own staff and we will email to confirm once the product has been dropped off.

 

Pickup

Q: For Pickup, what if my flight is delayed or arrives late at night?
A: The post office at Suvarnabhumi (BKK) Airport is open Everyday 7AM - 10PM and most Hotels are staffed 24 x 7 for pickup. 

 

Return a Rental Product

Q: How should I return a Rental product?
A: Please put the rental product and all accessories in the Prepaid EMS Envelop provided in the original rental package. Then, drop it off at a post office near you or at the Suvarnabhumi Bangkok Airport Post Office (located on the 4th floor of the main terminal) before your departure. Please also keep the drop-off receipt for your record.

Q: Can I drop off a return package in a Postal Box?
A: No, please do not drop off the return package in a portal box. Please only drop it off at a Post Office with an agent so a drop-off receipt and tracking number can be obtained for your record, and also as a proof of returning in case the package is lost or delayed.

 

Deposit (For Rental Products)

Q: Do you need a deposit for rental products?
A: Yes, 2,000 THB Security Deposit is required for all Mobile Wifi (MiFi) Rental.

Q: When do I get my deposit back?
A: Once we receive the returned rental product, the deposit will be refunded back to the same channel you originally made the payment to us, i.e., deposited back to your Paypal account or refunded back to your credit card via Paypal.

 

Cancellation

Q: What if I need to cancel my order?
A: No fee if cancelled before the product is shipped out (usually 1-2 days in advance or before we sent out a shipping confirmation email).

Q: What is the Cancellation Fee?
A: 50% of the order value + shipping cost.
