How to Pickup


We offer convenient pickup locations at, 1) Suvarnabhumi (BKK) International Airport's Post Office, or 2) Hotel or Accommodation Anywhere in Thailand where you have a reservation. Please follow the steps below for picking up the ordered products.

 

For BKK Airport Pickup:

    1. Upon landing at the airport, please go through the custom clearing process and pick-up your luggage first.
    2. After exiting the custom gate,
      • For Suvarnabhumi (BKK) Airport, please proceed to the Airport Post Office located on the 4th floor in the same terminal near departure ticket counter W (map below), Open Everyday / 7AM - 10PM.
    3. At the post office counter, please present your passport at the post office counter and indicate that you like to pickup a package from ThaiSmileConnect.
    4. Once package is received, please verify your name on the package and enjoy the Internet!

For Hotel or Accommodation Pickup:

    1. At the scheduled Pickup Date/Time, please check with the Hotel Front Desk or Concierge Counter or your c/o contact for a package from ThaiSmileConnect delivered under your name. Please ensure to provide us the name on your hotel reservation as we always call into the hotel or c/o contact to confirm before delivering the package prior to your arrival.
    2. Once package is received, please verify your name on the package and enjoy the Internet!

 

All our products are pre-activated and ready to go. Just turn on the device, wait for the green signal, then connect your client devices to the Pocket WiFi to start using.
